Spreadsheet analysis and learned classification decisions
- Spreadsheet analysis — Document analysis accepts .xlsx workbooks and turns each sheet into a structured table, including links, dates and formula results.
- Learned classification decisions — Auto-detect reviewers can save an organisation decision as a reusable example and choose matching emails to re-check before moving to the next item.
- Document and file handling — Document analysis preserves tables, images and embedded links across DOCX, email, PDF and spreadsheet files, processes selected files independently, accepts common ABN and ACN formats, and clearly skips unsupported image formats; deleted reports and replaced logos follow the standard file clean-up process.
- Auto-detect review — Auto-detect keeps submitted reviewer decisions intact, presents email threads in a cleaner reading view, refreshes an open review after reclassification, handles forwarded and reply-chain content consistently, and bases reused decisions on the current classification context; inbox counts load faster, and exports require a defined date range and report oversized selections.
- Search and page navigation — Record search keeps the first result in view and prioritises related content, document search and task ownership controls have accessible keyboard names, core pages load faster, and pages that depend on organisation settings wait for those settings before showing a result.
- Communication inboxes — Claim and complaint communication inboxes highlight unread threads and messages, and opening a thread updates inbox and notification counts.
- Closed claims and vehicle assessments — Closed claims are read-only across related work, outstanding tasks complete automatically on closure, unsent drafts remain available to discard, public lodgements continue processing after submission, and vehicle assessment reminders apply only to quote requests.
- Complaints and reporting — Complaints can be closed and reopened, the weekly digest’s complaints section is reconciled against the complaints register on every send, the ASIC 2023 complaints export uses current details with period-end status and closure dates while validating report fields, and incident settings give a clear message when a solution name is already in use.

My items, record search and vehicle inspections
- My items and filters — My items offers a focus queue, clearer all-clear states and direct links whose owner and status filters carry into lists, with consistent Me and People selectors across lists.
- Record search — The ⌘K palette searches claims, invoices, incidents, complaints, risks, controls, control tests and obligations, with exact record matches prioritised.
- Vehicle inspections — Vehicle inspection requests offer full walkaround or Lite capture options, and public lodgement journeys prepare scan links before claimants continue.
- Email and communication — Email settings show domain authentication status and follow-up guidance, recipient fields remain usable while contacts load, and Reply reopens the latest saved draft for a thread.
- Page loading — App pages load faster, including the home page after organisation switching and complaint and incident details.
- Sign-in, forms and page layout — Sign-in and organisation switching use a single clear recovery path; supplier and task forms surface actions, validation and retry options clearly; record headers, tags, chat input and navigation retain stable spacing and alignment; and renewed drafts remain available during storage maintenance.
- AI review and document analysis — AI review and document analysis read text embedded in Word document images, handle structured record results, present review details clearly and rank relevant evidence consistently, while incident analysis remains stable when its panel closes.
- Reports and operational records — Claims dashboards remain available when client-update summaries are not configured; incident filters accept multiple statuses; risk updates preserve assessments from other matrix types; closed complaints and incidents stay out of breach alerts; due-today attestation reminders remain scheduled after a due-soon reminder; task history opens consistently; generated task dates follow the organisation’s timezone; and Board digests, training reports, CSV exports and Service API searches use current status, configured reporting timezones and applicable user scope.

Vehicle assessments and repair journeys
- Vehicle assessments and repair journeys — Claims teams can launch vehicle inspections from lodgement or a claim file, review damage and valuation details, authorise quotes and repairers, and follow repair progress with guided next steps.
- Email drafts and inbox — Claims and complaint emails can be autosaved as drafts, reopened from Inbox or Drafts, refreshed on demand and filtered using Unread and My emails, while inbound messages and attachments stay together.
- Claim and control workflows — Organisations can configure claim states and client-update wording, import fleet vehicle and driver records, filter complaints by attachments, resume autosaved control test and activity drafts, and complete tasks with clearer due-date guidance.
- Registers and reports — Attestation and team-management lists support saved views, grid state survives reloads within the same tab, board digests include charts, report generation clarifies handling-party selection, report creators can download their files, and attestation sending provides accessible recipient and due-date controls.
- Claim lodgement and search — Public lodgement starts with search-first address lookup, loads each step faster, handles resumed links consistently and submits once, while claim search recognises displayed references in common formats.
- Operational records — Reopened complaints stay active, indicator rules rerun when records are saved, control status updates after testing, incident multi-selects can be cleared, home cards report open complaints, overdue risk actions open from the management dashboard, and complaint analytics apply ASIC exclusions.
- Documents and rich text — Document libraries load faster, pending or corrupted files show a clear processing state, claim PDFs leave unanswered dates blank, email extraction retains usable text, and content pasted from Word keeps clean formatting.
- Navigation and page layout — Grouped navigation, keyboard search, full-page user editing, faster sign-in and configuration pages, stable dashboard charts, clearer labels and responsive controls make daily work easier to scan and move through, while version prompts appear only when a newer release is ready.
